HealthFront P.C. is a small physician-owned group looking for motivated team-oriented PAs to join our Practice. We have been the emergency medicine providers for our community and hospital for over forty years.

Our organization staffs the busy 46 bed ED of Christus St Vincent Regional Medical Center and cares for a diverse population. You will see a wide variety of pathology, trauma, and complexity as well as work with people from diverse cultures. Our PAs work in the triage area as well as the main ED/trauma area.  Our ED physicians are very motivated and willing to teach, while also allowing the PAs to work independently to their full scope of practice. This is a great opportunity for someone with emergency medicine experience who wants to expand his or her knowledge base, competency, and procedural skills. The preferred candidate would be comfortable in the ED setting, self-motivated, and ready to learn while taking care of patients in a busy, high acuity setting.

HealthFront believes in work life balance. Our PA staff works between 12 and 14 shifts per month, allowing for ample days off.  Additionally, HealthFront offers approximately 2 weeks of paid time off (accrued monthly).

Compensation includes competitive pay, PTO, and generous benefits (including malpractice insurance, health insurance, company funded health savings accounts, short term disability, profit sharing, and a yearly CME allowance). HealthFront is currently offering a $10,000 signing/relocation bonus.
